TEXAS October 30, 1963 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Post Oak Bank, Houston, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business today, October 30, 1963. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. Checks drawn on the new bank will be received by our Houston Branch for collection on a country item basis and credit for such items will be deferred.
