TO A LL BANKS IN THE
ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE D ISTRICT:

The 01 la State Bank, 01 la, Louisiana, and its branch at U ra n ia ,
Louisiana, which a re in s u re d , nonmember banks located in the te rrito ry
served by the Head Office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, began r e ­
mitting at par for checks draw n on them from the Federal Reserve Bank,
effective September 25, 1978.
