Mr. Carrithers has completed 44 years of service with the Federal Reserve Bank, during which he served in various capacities at the head office in Dallas and at the Houston and El Paso branches. In 1956 he became Vice President in Charge of the El Paso Branch. His most recent assignment has been as a vice president at the Dallas office. Yours very truly, WATROUS H.
