F Reserve Bank ederal OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, March 28, 1966 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: B. J. Troy, Cashier of the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will retire on April 1, 1966, under the provisions of the Retirement System of the Federal Reserve Banks after 48 years of service. Mr. Troy’s career began at the Head Office in Dallas in 1918, and he was transferred to the Houston Branch when it opened in 1919. He has been an officer of the Branch since 1945. Rasco R. Story, being promoted from his present position of Assistant Cashier at the Houston office, will succeed Mr. Troy as Cashier. Mr. Story has been with the Bank since 1933 except for a period of military service from 1941 to 1945. He was elected Assistant Cashier at the Houston Branch in 1959. R. J. Schoenhoff, presently Branch Auditor, has been elected to the position of Assistant Cashier. Mr. Schoenhoff has been with the Bank since 1951 and has been Branch Auditor at Houston since 1957. The Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has designated the position of Assistant General Auditor as an official position effective April 1, 1966. The incumbent, Herman B. Hudson, was employed by the bank in 1924 and has been in the Auditing Department since 1942. Yours very truly, Watrous H.
