F ederal reserve Bank OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, December 30, 1964 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: I am pleased to announce the promotion of Robert H. Boykin to Assist ant Vice President of the Bank and Assistant Secretary of the Board effective January 1, 1965. Mr. Boykin joined the Legal Department of the Bank in 1953 and was elected an officer of the Bank as Assistant Counsel in 1959.
