O FFIC IAL ANNOUNCEM ENT

To the Member Banks in the
Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

I am pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank
of Dallas has taken the following actions, to become effective January 1, 1955:
J. L. Cook, Vice President and Cashier at the Head Office, was appointed
Vice President in Charge of the Houston Branch.
W. H. Holloway, Vice President in Charge of the Houston Branch, was
appointed Vice President and Cashier at the Head Office.
T. A. Hardin, Manager of the Transit Department at the Head Office,
was appointed an Assistant Cashier at the Head Office.
Thomas R. Sullivan, a member of the Examining Staff of the bank, was
appointed an Assistant Cashier at the Houston Branch.
Carl H. Moore, Economist in the Research Department at the Head Office,
was appointed an Assistant Cashier at the San Antonio Branch.
W. McCaddin Pritchett, Economist in the Research Department at the Head
Office, was appointed Executive Assistant.
