TEXAS of Dallas 75222 Circular No, T^-l^-9 May 30, 197^ OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: It is a pleasure to announce that the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has made the following changes in the of ficial staff of the Head Office, effective June 1, 197^-: Harry E. Robinson, Jr., has been promoted from Assistant Vice President to Vice President and will have the senior responsibility for the personnel function, as well as ad vising senior management on personnel matters. He was employed by the Bank on November 1, 1955 > elected to the official position of Assistant Cashier on January 1, 1966, and promoted to Assistant Vice President on January 1, 1968. Mr. Robinson holds a B.B.A. degree from North Texas State University and a M.B.A. degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, and he serves on the faculty of The Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. Thomas H. Rust, presently Manager of the Personnel Depart ment, has been elected to the official position of Personnel Officer. Mr. Rust will have direct supervision of the Per sonnel Department. He was employed by the Bank on August 29, 1966, and was promoted to Manager of the Personnel Department on July 1, 1971* Mr. Rust holds a B.B.A. degree from Texas Christian University, where he majored in personnel manage ment and industrial relations, and he has completed super visory management training through the American Management Association.
