F ederal Reserve b a n k o f Dallas DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 C ircular No. 77-149 December 30, 1977 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL BANKS IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: It is a pleasu re to announce that the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has made the following changes in the official staff of the Head Office and the Houston and San Antonio Branches, effective J a n u a ry 1, 1978: Adrian W. T hroop, Research Officer, has been designated Assistant Vice P re sident and Associate Director of Research at the Head Office. Mr. Throop was employed by the Bank in 1973 and was elected Research Officer in 1976. Vernon L. Bartee and C. O. Holt, J r . , Operations Officers, have been p r o moted to A ssistant Vice Presidents at the Houston Branch. Mr. Bartee was employed by the Houston Branch in 1957 and was elected Operations Officer in 1973. Mr. Holt was employed by the Houston Branch in 1968 and was elected Operations Officer in 1976. Thomas C. Cole and Robert W. Schultz, Operations Officers, have been p ro moted to Assistant Vice Presidents at the San Antonio Branch. Mr. Cole was employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in 1957, was elected Assistant Cashier and tr a n s f e rr e d to the San Antonio Branch in 1968, and was elected Operations Officer in 1972. Mr. Schultz was employed by the San Antonio Branch in 1948. He was tr a n s f e r r e d to the Head Office in Dallas in 1966 on special assignment, but r etu rn ed to San Antonio in 1967. Mr. Schultz was elected Assistant Cashier in 1967 and Operations Officer in 1972. The Board of Directors at its meeting on November 10, 1977, reelected all of the officers of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and its Branches at El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio.
