F ederal R eserve Bank O F DALLAS Dallas, Texas, September 23, 1955 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks o f the Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict: In our circular letter o f April 22, 1955, your attention was called to the periods during which certain Federal Reserve banks or branches would observe Daylight Saving Time during the year 1955. Several o f the banks and branches will revert to Standard Time begin ning September 25, 1955, but for your information the following banks and branches will continue to observe Daylight Saving Time until October 30, 1955: Boston New York Buffalo Philadelphia Pittsburgh Chicago Until that date our time limit for the acceptance o f wire transfers to the above offices, for completion on date o f receipt, will be one hour earlier than shown in the time schedule effective March 28, 1955, which is part o f our Bulletin No. 6, Dated April 1, 1954.
