federal Bank reserve of Dallas DALLAS, TEXAS 7 5 2 2 2 Circular No. 69-272 November 4,1969 To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict: This is to advise th at the Northwest National Bank, Houston, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business Monday, November 3,1969, as a member of the Federal Reserve System.
