New Payor Bank Service Available
in the Dallas, El Paso, Houston, and
S'an Antonio Territories
DETAILS

Effective March 1, 1993, all offices of the Eleventh District will
offer Account Post-Sorting services in conjunction with their current Payor
Bank Services. Account Post-Sorting services provide sorting of checks by
account number or statement cycle for the extended MICR or non-truncatable
portion of a financial institution’s cash letter. This service may also be
used by truncation customers requesting microfilm by account or detailed
microfiche. This new service will continue the advances made in the conver­
sion of paper-initiated payments to electronics. Each office in the Eleventh
District will charge a fee of two-tenths of a cent ($.002) per item/per pass.
