To the Member Banks in the
Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict:
In our circular letter of April 17, 1961, you were advised th at w e were
sending you, under separate cover, a binder containing the current Published
Interpretations of th e Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
and th at you would be sent new pages when issued in order that the con­
tents of the binder m ight be kept current.
In this connection, there are enclosed new pages, dated December 81,
1961, which contain all published interpretations of the Board for year 1961.
Please remove and destroy those pages now in the binder which are super­
seded by the new pages.
