TO ALL BANKS IN THE
ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT:
This is to advise that the Commerce National Bank of Conroe,
Conroe, T ex as, a new ly organized institution located in the t e r r it o r y served
by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for
business Monday, November 3, 1975, as a member of the Federal Reserve
System .
The new member bank has capital of $800,000, surplus of
$300,000, and undivided profits of $200,000.
