I am pleased to announce that on May 16, 1967, the Board of
Governors of the Federal Reserve System appointed Mr. R. M.
Buckley, President and Director, Eastex, Inc., Evadale, Texas, a
director of the Houston Branch for the unexpired portion of a
three-year term ending December 31, 1968.
