Fed er a l Reser ve bank of Da lla s D A L L A S 13, TE X A S October 6, 1947 To the Bank Addressed: We have received notice that the Mansfield Bank and Trust Company, Mansfield, Louisiana, a newly organised bank, located in the territory served by this office, will open for business on October 7, 1947, and that remittance will be made at par, effective on that date, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. This change will be shown in the October, 1947, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
