FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, October 28, 1939 To the Member Bank Addressed: Saturday, November 11, Armistice Day, will be observed as a holiday by this bank and its branches, as well as by all other Federal Reserve banks and their branches. In addition, the following holidays during the month of November will be observed by the other Federal Reserve banks and branches as indicated: November 1 New Orleans November 7 Buffalo Los Angeles New York Philadelphia Pittsburgh Richmond San Francisco Cleveland | Will close at Cincinnati \ 1:00 P. M. Since neither the President of the United States nor the Governor of Texas has as yet issued a Thanksgiving proclamation, advice in that regard is held in abeyance awaiting the issuance of their proclamations. Further advice in that connection will be furnished at the earliest date possible.
