TEXAS May 24, 1963 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: We have been informed that during the month of June 1963 the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston will observe Monday, June 17 as a holiday. We also have been informed that daylight saving time in Oregon has been extended from the last Sunday in September to the last Sunday in October. A ccordingly, the Portland Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco will operate on daylight saving time until October 27, 1963.
