To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
For your information we are advised that all of the Federal
Reserve banks and branches will be closed on January 1, 1957,
and that the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of
St. Louis also will be closed on January 30, 1957.
We are transmitting this information to you for your guidance
in connection with transit operations and transfers of funds.
