Federal Reserve bank of DALLAS, T EX AS Dallas 75222 Circular No. 79-206 December 17, 1979 HOLIDAYS TO ALL BANKS IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: This Bank and its Branches at El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas w ill observe the following holidays in 1980 and w ill not be open on the dates indicated below: January 1, New Year's Day February 18, Presidents' Day May 26, Memorial Day July 4, Independence Day September 1, Labor Day October 13, Columbus Day November 11, Veterans' Day November 27, Thanksgiving Day December 25, Christmas Day In accordance with the Texas statutes relating to bank holidays, should July 4, November 11, or December 25 occur on a Saturday, this Bank w ill be closed the preceding F rid ay . Should January 1, July 4, November 11, or December 25 occur on a Sunday, this Bank w ill be closed on the following Monday. Please file this circu lar for convenient reference as individual notices of the holidays listed above w ill not be sent.
