FED ERA L RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS DALLAS, TE X A S 75222 Circular No. 83-118 October 5, 1983 HOLIDAYS TO ALL DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: This Bank and its Branches at El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas, will observe the following holidays in 1984 and will not be open on the dates indicated below: January 2, New Years’ Day February 20, Presidents’ Day May 28, Memorial Day July 4, Independence Day September 3, Labor Day October 8, Columbus Day November 12, Veterans Day November 22, Thanksgiving Day December 25, Christmas Day In accordance with the Texas statutes relating to bank holidays, should July 4, November 11, or December 25 occur on a Saturday, this Bank will be closed the preceding Friday. Should January 1, July 4, November 11, or December 25 occur on a Sunday, this Bank will be closed on the following Monday. Please file this circular for convenient reference as individual notices of the holidays listed above will not be sent. If there should be a change in the Texas statutes relating to bank holidays, a revised schedule of holidays to be observed by this Bank and its Branches will be furnished.
