To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
For your information, we are informed that the Governor
of North Carolina has declared Thursday, December 26, a legal
holiday for banks in the State and that the Charlotte Branch
of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond will be closed on
that date.
We are transmitting this information to you for your guid­
ance in connection with transit operations and transfers of
funds.
