DALLAS, TEXAS

September 21, 1956

To the Bank Addressed:
The Highlands State Bank, Highlands, Texas, a newly
organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory
served by our Houston Branch, has notified us that it will open
for business on September 24, 1956, and that remittance will
be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the
Federal Reserve Bank. The combined A.B.A. transit number
and routing symbol of the new bank is 88-2313.

the Federal Reserve Par List.
