TEXAS October 31, 1963 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Hampton State Bank, Dallas, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the terri tory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business on November 1, 1963. The bank has notified us that payment will be made at par for checks drawn on it. Checks drawn on the new bank will be handled by us on an immediate credit basis and will be collected through the Dallas Clearing House Association.
