f e d e r a l R e s e r v e B a n k o f D a l l a s DALLAS, TEXAS May 1, 1959 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the Gulf Coast National Bank of Almeda, Almeda, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Re serve Bank of Dallas, opened for business today as a member of the Federal Reserve System.
