Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict:

This is to advise that the Guaranty National Bank and
Trust of Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi, Texas, located in the
territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business today as a converĀ­
sion of the Guaranty Trust Company, Corpus Christi, Texas.
The bank has capital of $300,000, surplus of $100,000 and
undivided profits and reserves of approximately $128,000.
