To All Banks
in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

The Guaranty Bond State Bank, Waller, Texas, an insured non­
member bank located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of
the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will begin remitting at par for
checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank, effect­
ive July 3j 1973-

The bank is being assigned Federal Reserve Bank rout­

ing symbol 1131.
The July 1973 supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List will
show Waller, Texas, as a par point.
