TEXAS August 3 , 1948 To the Bank Addressed: We have received notice that that the Grove State Bank, Dallas, Texas, a newly organized, insured, non member bank, located in the territory served by this office, will open for business August 4, 1948, and that remittance will be made at par, effective on that date, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. Checks drawn on the bank that are received by this office for collection will be presented for pay ment by mail and credit for such items will be deferred in accordance with the terms and conditions of our current bulletin on Transit Operations. The combined A.B.A. transit and routing symbol number of the new bank is 88-2249. ' 1113 This addition will be shown in the August, 1948, Federal Reserve Par List.
