GENERAL RULING NO. 7, AS AMENDED,
UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 8389, AS AMENDED, EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.
9193, AS AMENDED, SECTIONS 3(a) AND 5(b) OF THE TRADING WITH THE
ENEMY ACT, AS AMENDED BY THE FIRST WAR POWERS ACT, 1941, RELAT­
ING TO FOREIGN FUNDS CONTROL.*

General Ruling No. 7 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The provisions of General Ruling No. 5, as amended, are extended to currency and
securities or evidences thereof coming from the Panama Canal Zone into any other part
of the United States.
