FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF D A L L A S t. w. p l a n t V IC E March k, 1966 P R E S ID E N T AND C A S H IE R Your interest in the Functional Cost Analysis Program which this hank is initiating is appreciated. A number of banks have shown an interest in attending an introductory meeting on this program, and we have set up a series of meetings to be held in April. These meetings will be devoted to a discussion of the finished report that you will receive and an explanation of the collection of the material necessary for the report. Attendance at these workshops will not be considered as a commitment to participate in the program. This decision can be made at alater date on a form that will be available after the discussion. Your bank is invited to send one or two representatives to one of the forthcoming meetings, preferably at least one who would be directly involved with the work of collecting the data. In order that the meetings might be as meaningful as possible to the representatives, we have scheduled a limited number of banks for each meeting. Your bank is scheduled for April from 9'00 a.m. to 3^00 p.m. Luncheon will be served in our dining rooms to those attending. Should you desire reservations at a local hotel, please indicate your choice and number of rooms required on the enclosed card. So that we may complete arrangements, please return the enclosed information request promptly. Should you have any questions as to the date or the arrangements, do not hesitate to contact Assistant Vice President Leon Cowan or me at the Dallas office. Sincerely yours, T. W.
