Thank you for advising us your hank wishes to participate in the Functional Cost Analysis Program for 1966 . All the necessary workpapers required for this program will he supplied hy our hank. The workpapers are available at this time; however, the Instruction Manual, which contains detailed instructions for completing the schedules used in preparing your hank's Functional Cost Analysis Report, will not he available for distribution until the end of June. Since you were unable to attend one of our scheduled one-day introductory workshop meetings explaining the program, we feel it would he more helpful to channel the workpapers out to you along with the Instruction Manual. We want to apologize for this delay, hut keep in mind, you will still have an adequate amount of time for preparing the raw data.
