FORM FOR N O T IC E O F L O A N S S E C U R E D B Y A D J U S T E D S E R V I C E C E R T IF IC A T E S To All Incorporated Banks In the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: The United States Veterans Bureau has prepared a form (No. 6617) for the use of banks in notifying the Bureau of loans made to veterans of the World War against their Adjusted Service Certificates under the provisions of Section 502 of the World War Adjusted Compensation Act. We are enclosing a copy of this form and we shall be glad to furnish additional copies to banks upon request. The United States Veterans Bureau requests lending banks to use this form in notifying the Bureau of each loan made hereafter. The form should be forwarded in duplicate. Yours very truly, Governor.
