To the Bank Addressed:
F irst State Bank, Wells, Texas, an insured nonmember bank
located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, has notified us that, effective
immediately, remittance will be made a t par for checks drawn
on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The bank
is being assigned Federal Reserve Bank routing symbol 1131.
The February 1965 supplement to the Federal Reserve Par
List will show Wells, Texas, as a par point.
