A d d r e s s e d :

The First State Bank, Tuscola, Texas, an insured nonmem­
ber bank located in the territory served by the head office of the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, has notified us that, effective to­
day, October 17, 1960, remittance will be made at par for checks
drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The
combined A.B.A. transit number and routing symbol of the bank
is 88-1501.
