federal reserve bank of Dallas DALLAS, TEXAS January 25, 1963 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the First State Bank, Tulia, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank located in the territory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, was opened for business on January 24, 1963. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
