FEDERAL RESERVE DALLAS BANK OF DALLAS 13, T E X A S June 30, 1947 To the Bank Addressed: The First State Bank, Socorro, New Mexico, a newly organized nonmember bank, located in the territory served by the El Paso Branch, has notified us that it will open for business on July 1, 1947, and that remittance will be made at par, effective on that date, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. This change will be reflected in the July, 1947, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
