To the Bank Addressed:

The F irst State Bank, Louise, Texas, a newly organized,
insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the
Houston Branch o f the Federal Reserve Bank o f Dallas, has noti­
fied us that it will open fo r business May 7, 1956, and that remit­
tance will be made at par fo r checks drawn on it when received
from the Federal Reserve Bank.
The combined A.B.A. transit and routing symbol o f the new
bank is 88-2306.
