Federal Reserve bank of Dallas D A L L A S 13, T E X A S September 24, 1947 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District This is to advise that the First State Bank, LaMarque, Texas, located in the territory served by our Houston Branch, was admitted to membership in the Federal Reserve System today. The institution opened for business as a primary organi zation August 16, 1947.
