FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS DALLAS 13, T E X A S August 1, 1947 To the Bank Addressed: We have received notice that the First State Bank, Frisco, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank, located in the territory served by this office, will open for business on August 2, 1947, and that remittance will be made at par, effective on that date, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. This change will be reflected in the August, 1947, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
