To All Banks of the
Eleventh Federal Reserve District

This is to advise that the First National Bank of Hobbs,
Hobbs, New Mexico, a newly organized institution located in
the territory served by the El Paso Branch of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business today as a mem­
ber bank of the Federal Reserve System.
The new bank has paid-in capital funds of $250,000, com­
prised of capital stock $150,000, surplus $50,000, and undi­
vided profits $50,000.
Its officers and directors are as follows:
