FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS D A L L A S 13, T E X A S September 26, 1949 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the First National Bank of Edna, Edna, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the terĀ ritory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business September 17, 1949, as a member of the Federal Reserve System.
