To All Banks of the
Eleventh Federal R^erve District:
This is to advise that the First National Bank of Andrews,
Andrews, Texas, located in the territory served by the El Paso
Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for busiĀ­
ness today as a conversion of the First State Bank, Andrews,
Texas.
The new member bank has capital of $200,000, surplus of
$150,000, and undivided profits of $160,000.
Its officers and directors are as follows:
