The new prices are expected to remain in effect throughout 1991. Except for selected forward and return check collection processing fee changes, the schedules for the Eleventh District remain virtually unchanged. Fees for city items (excluding Houston), RCPC fine sort items, and intraterritory items in a mixed cash letter will be reduced 0.1 cent. There will be tiered pricing on intradistrict items, and fees on these items will be greatly reduced. Fees for RCPC premium items and out-of-district items will increase. Qualified regular and federal return items fees also will increase. Several new payor bank services will be introduced in 1991. Included will be a stand-alone microfilm service offered throughout the Eleventh District. Also, all District offices will offer truncation and extended MICR capture services. The attachments provide information about deposit deadlines, availability, and prices for check collection and return services offered to local depositors at each of the four Eleventh District offices. Also attached are the list of payor bank services and the 1991 fee schedule for those services. Deposit deadline and price schedules for interterritory check collection and return services offered by other Federal Reserve Banks are available upon request.
