The Board has also advised that the following Federal Reserve Banks and branches will be closed on November 30 in observance of Thanksgiving: Richmond Atlanta Jacksonville Little Rock Memphis Omaha Dallas El Paso Houston San Antonio While All Saints Day will be observed as a holiday in the State of Louisiana on Wednesday, November 1, the Board has advised that the New Orleans Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta will be open during the usual business hours and will participate in the Interdistrict Settlement Fund clearing.
