Federal Reserve bank OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, July 26, 1943 To the Member Bank Addressed: We are advised by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System that on Monday, August 2, in observance of Colorado Day which falls on Sunday, the Denver Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City will be closed. We are further advised that Monday, August 30, Huey P. Long Day, is a legal holiday in the State of Louisiana but that the New Orleans Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta will remain open and handle all business that can be legally transacted..
