FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS March 24, 1933. To the Member Bank Addressed: Until further advised, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and its branches will not accept for collection checks drawn on unlicensed member banks unless such checks bear on their face either a notation to the effect that they are drawn against a special trust account under Regulation No. 7 of the Secretary of the Treasury or that they are drawn against available balances as provided for in Regulation No. 27 of the Secretary of the Treasury. Items forwarded to us for collection which are drawn on such banking institutions and which are not so marked will be returned to the sending banks without presentation to the drawee institutions.
