TEXAS June 8, 1962 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks o f the Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict: This refers to our circular letter of May 29,1962, in regard to h olid ays to be observed by F ed eral R eserve banks and branches during the month of June, in which we stated that the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston would observe June 18 as a holiday. We have been informed by that bank that recent changes in statutes of the State of M assachusetts do not pro vide for the observance of th at particular holiday on Monday, June 18, and that the bank will remain open on that date.
