in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

The Farmerville Bank, Farmerville, Louisiana, an insured non­
member bank located in the territory served by the Head Office, will begin
remitting at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal
Reserve Bank, effective February 1, 197*+»
