federal R e s e r v e b a n k o f Da l l a s DALLAS, TEXAS August 31, 1959 T o t h e B a n k A d d r e s s e d : The Fairbanks State Bank of Houston, Houston, Texas, a newly organized par, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by our Houston Branch, has notified us that it will open for business on September 1, 1959, and that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. Checks drawn on this bank will be received by our Houston Branch for collection on a country item basis, and credit for such items will be deferred in accordance with the terms and conditions of our current bulletin on the Collection of Cash Items.
