T E X A S September 18, 1946 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the East End State Bank, Houston, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the territory served by our Houston Branch, was admitted to membership in the Federal Reserve System today. The new member bank has paid-in capital funds of $225,000 comprised of capital $150,000, surplus $50,000, and undivided profits of $25,000.
