To the Bank Addressed:

We have been advised that the East Dallas Bank & Trust Com­
pany, Dallas, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank
located in the territory served by the head office o f the Federal
Reserve Bank o f Dallas, will open fo r business October 1, 1958.
The bank has notified us that payment will be made at par for
checks drawn on it.
Checks drawn on this bank will be handled by us on an im­
mediate credit basis and will be collected through the Dallas Clear­
ing House Association. The combined A.B.A. transit number and
routing symbol o f the new bank is 32-91.
